Its like a tribe within a society that likes think they don't exist. They live in small groups out in the surrounding area of a suburban American city's. Some are just truly homeless, some runaways, some choose this over the mainstream life of an average American. They exist in all the country's across the world. I find many are happy, truly happy with their life. These few I meet in this picture were from the Rainbow gathering in Ocala National forest just south of St. Augustine. They live off flying signs for change, some make art in the form of jewelry, drawings, many play musical instruments. Many are actually very talented in art and music. I have found some to be friends and I enjoy there company. I find some to be very disturbed due to mental illness and Alcohol and drugs messing up their lives. The community frowns upon them. They are to be seen but not heard from or even not seen at all would be the choice of most residents. The population seem scared of them not knowing them are wanting to know about them. They are like aliens that we want to see but we must carry a weapon to protect us from their evil stares, odd clothing and facial expressions. I have found them very interesting and very harmless in most of their appearances. I will certainly see them in a different light since I have broke bread with them given them money and helped them in some of their literary needs.
